Player Information
Name:
Contact: Plurk is preferred. All contact information will be kept private. Please note: while having a plurk is not required, a significant amount of OOC discussion will take place there.
Were you in Hunters’ Game, Murder Manor, Blank State, Craven Castle, or Dreamland? If so, please list who you played.
Second character? If this is an app for a second character, please put SECOND CHARACTER in the header. Please also be aware that if you do app two characters, we would prefer you offer one of them to die early on in the game.
I have read the rules and understand the activity requirements: This game will only be fun if everyone is active. We expect players to tag regularly throughout the week and actively participate. Please only respond in the affirmative to this question if you have carefully read all the rules and have seriously considered whether you can commit to the game.

Canon: Please note that we will only be accepting two characters from each canon.

(Brief) Canon Description Please briefly describe your canon. A few sentences or a link to a wiki page will suffice. If you have a past application for this character, a link to that would be helpful as well, but is not required. If you're apping a CRAU or an AU, please give a brief description of that as well. Note that all CRAUs from prior murder games or similar settings must not remember revivals or be aware that death may not be permanent. If your character in canon has reason to believe death is temporary, that's fine.
Match Mate? If you're apping in with a castmate or have made arrangements with another player for your characters to be paired, please give the player's and character's name here. If not, let us know here and we'll randomize your character with someone. You can discuss potential matches here.
Personality/Background We want just a really brief description. Assume we aren't canon familiar and want to get the gist of your character and their history with a quick review. Please don't write a super long thing; this shouldn't be any more than 100 words. This is for our information, not to evaluate you.
Skills Taken Away: All characters will be depowered at the start of the game and all items removed. As there may be opportunities for them to regain certain abilities or items later on in the game, please list and describe anything that they will lose upon arriving. This includes any supernatural powers, unique weapons, or abilities and senses beyond what a human could plausibly possess. Non-human characters will be allowed to keep their normal bodies/appearances as long as it does not provide them any advantage over regular humans; for example, a Homestuck troll can keep their grey skin and horns (but not their alien strength), but a robot would have be nerfed into an organic being.
Skills On Arrival Please list any skills your character would have after being depowered that may help them in the game. This includes but is not limited to physical strength, combat ability, survival skills, experience, intelligence, trap-making, manipulation, audience appeal, and so forth. If your character has any proficiency with specific weapons, please list that as well.
Rankings Please rank your character after they have been depowered in the following categories on a scale of 1-10 and a quick explanation of why: intelligence, physical ability, technique, ruthlessness, and audience appeal. We'd like a separate ranking/explanation for each category. These rankings should be accurate to the character's true abilities regardless of whether they may try to hide or downplay their skills in game.
Career? Would your character actively try to target and kill others in the game without needing any additional incentive? If so, please give us a quick description of what kind of targets they'd go after first and if there's anyone they'd try to avoid. Note that characters who are categorized as careers may receive perks during the game.
Second character applications are now open.
